About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our clinical team. This role works as part of the clinical provider team, delivering a wide range of direct primary care services, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment implementation, evaluation, and ongoing monitoring of care plans.
