We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is knowledgeable in or interested in Functional/Holistic and Regen Medicine, treating patients as a whole with high quality individualized care. • Patient exams/consultations- orthopedic/musculoskeletal (HPI, physical exam, review pertinent medical records/imaging/reports)
• Evaluate Clinical Data
• Order and review appropriate tests/imaging/records
• Diagnosis and individualized treatment plan formulation
• Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, lifestyle optimization, and preventive care
• Documentation- timely and accurate
• Prescribe a variety of therapies to include injections/infusions
• Treatments to include Joint, trigger point injections, Vitamin infusions, and regen med treatments
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
• Maintaining inventory of needed supplies

Requirements:

• NP license in SC
• Experience in Joint/Trigger point injections preferred (US guided)
• Experience with and/or interest in Functional/Holistic Med and Regen med preferred

Schedule:

• 4-day work week Mon, Tue, Weds, Fri

Salary (range):

• $60+ / hour (~$125k annually) plus performance bonuses and profit sharing
