Our team of hard-working professionals value integrity and inclusion.Click Here for a Full List of our Benefits!What will I do as an employee with Redstone?As the Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) - Hospice, supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities:Conduct face-to-face hospice visits to assess and document patients' continued eligibility for the Medicare Hospice Benefit.Perform comprehensive patient assessments and provide palliative care interventions to support comfort and quality of life.Collaborate with the Hospice Medical Director, attending physicians, and interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized patient care.Document patient visits, clinical findings, and required hospice recertification information accurately and timely.Provide consultation and clinical support regarding palliative and end-of-life care while maintaining compliance with Medicare and regulatory requirements.Promote compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting the mission and philosophy of Redstone Hospice.What do I need for this role with Redstone?Current Pennsylvania Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) license and national certification.Masters degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.Minimum of 2 years of Nurse Practitioner ExperienceUnderstanding of hospice and palliative care principles preferred.
