- Case Mix: Acute established patients, regular follow-ups, hospital follow-ups
FACILITY INFORMATION- EMR System: Epic
- Support Staff Available: Dedicated MA, LPN, RN; multiple physicians and APPs
- Reason for Coverage: Maternity leave
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE- Credentialing Timeline: 60 days
REQUIRED PROCEDURESJOB REQUIREMENTS- Licenses: Active Ohio license or Compact license
- Certifications: CNP, PA, CNS
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide outpatient electrophysiology care for clinic patients with 30-minute visits
- Manage patient inbox and follow-up communication
- Conduct acute established patient visits, regular follow-ups, and hospital follow-ups
- Collaborate with RN support for patient message management
- Work alongside multiple physicians and APPs in an outpatient setting
