What You’ll Do

• Assess and treat patients in the emergency department, including adults and children
• Perform triage, stabilization, and emergency procedures
• Make rapid clinical decisions in high-pressure situations
• Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and support staff to provide high-quality care
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately in the hospital EMR
• Cover triage when patient volume demands
• Work alongside experienced emergency medicine physicians

What You Need

• Valid Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in Michigan
• Current DEA registration
• State of Michigan controlled substance license
• BLS, ACLS, and ATLS certifications (AHA approved)
• Experience in an emergency department setting involving both adult and pediatric patients
• Ability to perform standard emergency procedures
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
