• Licensure: Current Michigan RN and Nurse Practitioner licenses, Michigan controlled substance license, DEA registration, AHA approved BLS, ACLS, and ATLS
• Experience: Prior ER experience required

What You’ll Do:

• Assess and treat patients in the emergency department across all age groups
• Perform triage, stabilization, and emergency procedures as needed
• Make rapid, accurate clinical decisions in high-pressure situations
• Collaborate with a team of nurses, physicians, and specialists to ensure high-quality patient care
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately in ED electronic medical records (EMR)
• Cover triage when patient volume demands, providing efficient patient flow support
• Work closely with emergency department staff to enhance patient outcomes

What You Need:
Required:

• Current nurse practitioner license in Michigan
• Recent experience in an emergency department setting, including work with adults and children
• Ability to perform standard ED procedures
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach

Preferred:

• Experience in fast-paced, high-acuity emergency environments
• Competence with emergency procedures and rapid clinical assessment
