Atlantic Health is Seeking a Diabetes Nurse Practitioner at Summit, New Jersey

Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey's largest non-profit healthcare networks, is seeking a Diabetes Nurse Practitioner (NP) to support Endocrine Services. The NP will support both outpatient services at 11 Upper Overlook Road, MAC II, Suite 195, Summit, NJ, as well as inpatient services at Atlantic Health Overlook Medical Center in Summit, NJ.

As a Diabetes NP, you will have a crucial role in delivering specialized diabetes care to adult patients aged 18 and above. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive diabetes care to patients, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based practice. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, educate, and support patients in self-management of their conditions, and contribute to the growth and advancement of the Endocrine program through active participation in quality improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field.
