Nurse Practitioner - Family Medicine

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Adult & Family Care Clinic, Santa Fe

Position Summary

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and family medicine patients in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, establishing diagnoses, developing treatment plans, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications as appropriate, and promoting preventive health and wellness.

Practice Highlights

• Flexible schedule:
  • Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts, or
  • Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Outpatient-only practice
• Family medicine call rotation limited to telephone coverage
• Average patient volume of approximately 16-18 patients per day
• Collaborative and supportive clinical team

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current or eligible New Mexico NP or PA license
• National certification required
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain
• Two or more years of primary care experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
