Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program.
Current National Board Certification.
Active NP license in the state of Georgia.
Minimum of 1 year of recent primary care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in one of the following:Family Medicine
Primary Care Practice
Urgent Care
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross (ARC) or American Heart Association (AHA).
Ability to provide proof of active license and BLS certification.
Strong knowledge of chronic disease management and quality measures.
Ability to practice autonomously while collaborating effectively with healthcare teams.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare technology.
Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed.
Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing chronic care patients.
Experience working in a fast-paced outpatient, urgent care, or retail health environment.
Familiarity with electronic medical systems (EMS/EHR platforms).
Additional Requirements
DEA registration may be required during onboarding.
High-speed internet and technology proficiency may be required for clinical systems.
Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Work Environment
Patient-facing clinical role.
Onsite as needed.
Reports directly to the Practice Manager.

Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Schedule
30–40 hours per week
Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Weekend and holiday rotations may apply (three out of every six weekends unless otherwise noted)
Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Key Responsibilities
Provide primary and family healthcare services including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health conditions.
Evaluate and treat patients through routine examinations, acute care visits, chronic condition management, and preventative health services.
Provide patient education regarding healthy lifestyle choices, wellness, screenings, and disease prevention.
Perform diagnostic testing and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.
Encourage patients to actively participate in their healthcare and wellness goals.
Complete administrative responsibilities including:Clinic opening and closing procedures
Inventory management
Patient follow-up
Insurance verification and payment collection
Maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment
Document patient encounters accurately within the electronic health record (EHR).
Work collaboratively with the clinical care team to support quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
