Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Required Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in Texas (or eligible to obtain prior to start).
• Master's Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• National Board Certification.
• Minimum of one (1) year of recent Nurse Practitioner experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Urgent Care.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR).
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Required for Submission

Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross only).

Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Additional Information
Primary Care or Urgent Care experience is REQUIRED. Candidates without this experience cannot be considered.
This is a patient-facing, safety-sensitive position.
DEA registration may be required during onboarding.
Schedule includes every other weekend and possible holiday rotations.
Float providers may be asked to travel occasionally between clinic locations as business needs require.

Nurse Practitioner (FNP)  What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary and family healthcare services.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform wellness visits, preventive screenings, routine physicals, and patient education.
• Develop treatment plans and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
• Counsel patients on healthy lifestyle choices and chronic disease management.
• Complete clinic administrative duties including patient follow-up, inventory management, insurance verification, payment collection, and opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical documentation and ensure quality patient outcomes.
