We provide outpatient multimodal pain solutions including therapies and outpatient procedures with a team oriented approach in a friendly, fun, and fast paced work environment.

We are looking for a licensed Nurse Practitioner with experience in both Interventional Pain Management and Regenerative Medicine.  Nurse Practitioners with an individual DEA certification are taken into consideration, but not required.  There is opportunity for either a part time or full position primarily at our Baytown location.   The successful candidate will be conducting patient routine musculoskeletal check ups, consultations, and steroidal joint injections as well as regenerative medicine therapies and injections for pain under the supervision of a Board Certified Physician in both Physical Medicine/Rehabilitation (PM&R) and Interventional Pain Medicine.   This opportunity focuses on patient care with comprehensive multimodal pain therapies from medication management to regenerative medicine and therapeutic percutaneous minimally invasive pain procedures, all of which allow active participation.
