We are seeking a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing group practice in Fredericksburg, Texas.
Role Overview
Schedule: 2 days a week, Monday to Friday
Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units.
Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad and laptop within 48 hours of seeing patients.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments • Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with a mental health diagnosis • Prescribe and manage medications • Ensure timely and accurate documentation
Requirements
Hold a valid full PMHNP license Active TX license Active DEA preferred but not required Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required
Compensation
Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated range of $53,752 - $64,503 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
