Nurse Practitioner - Gastroenterology
We are looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Gastroenterology team at our clinic near New Haven, CT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gastroenterology and be proficient in using advanced practice provider (APP) skills.
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing comprehensive patient assessments and developing treatment plans
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Administering medications and treatments
- Educating patients about their conditions and treatment options
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Master's degree in nursing (MSN)
- A current license to practice as a nurse practitioner in the state of Connecticut or willing to obtain
- Strong clinical skills and decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to providing high-quality patient care
