  • Lead clinical initiatives that strengthen HIV prevention, treatment, and long-term patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement HIV clinical policies, protocols, and best practices across multiple clinic locations.
  • Serve as the organization's subject matter expert on HIV treatment, PrEP, PEP, TasP, and related infectious diseases.
  • Collaborate with providers, behavioral health, case management, outreach, and support services to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Monitor program quality measures and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Represent Park West Health System through community partnerships, planning councils, and collaborations with public health agencies.
  • Mentor and educate clinical staff on current HIV standards of care.
  • Participate in rotating weekday, weekend, and holiday call coverage with other providers.
  • Deliver compassionate, culturally responsive, patient-centered care that supports our mission and values.

What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
Education:
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
Licensure:
  • Current Maryland CRNP license in good standing.
  • National Board Certification as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner.
  • Active Maryland prescriptive authority and Federal DEA licensure.
Experience:
  • AAHIVS or AAHIVE certification required.
  • Minimum one year of direct HIV clinical care experience.
  • Experience managing patients in an ambulatory or primary care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HIV prevention, treatment, and antiretroviral therapy.
  • Experience providing culturally competent, patient-centered care.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with medication-assisted treatment (MAT), including buprenorphine.
  • Experience working with underserved or vulnerable populations.
  • Experience in quality improvement, program development, or clinical leadership.
  • Experience collaborating with community organizations and public health agencies.

What We Offer:
  • Robust paid time off package including vacation, sick leave, and personal.
  • Ten (10) paid holidays.
  • Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) malpractice coverage provided at no cost to the provider.
  • 403(b) retirement plan with employer contribution.
  • Eligible employer for the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program.
  • Mission-driven organization committed to improving healthcare access and outcomes for underserved communities.
