Primary Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
- Provide evidence-based primary and family care.
- Perform health assessments and routine physical examinations.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Develop and manage treatment plans.
- Provide preventive care, wellness counseling, and chronic disease management.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
- Complete administrative duties, including:
- Clinic opening/closing
- Inventory management
- Patient follow-up
- Insurance verification
- Payment collection
- Maintaining a clean clinical environment
- Chronic disease management.
- Quality metrics/value-based care experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMRs).
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses.
