What You’ll Do:
  • Provide inpatient hospitalist coverage during scheduled shifts
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care
  • Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, coordinate treatment plans
  • Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic medical record system
  • Follow facility protocols and safety procedures
  • Support patient and family communication and education
  • Assist with patient dispositions and transitions of care

What You Need:
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Wisconsin
  • Active BLS, ACLS certifications (or as required)
  • Prior inpatient, hospitalist, or acute care experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
