What Youll Do:
- Provide inpatient hospitalist coverage during scheduled shifts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care
- Monitor and assess patients conditions, coordinate treatment plans
- Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic medical record system
- Follow facility protocols and safety procedures
- Support patient and family communication and education
- Assist with patient dispositions and transitions of care
What You Need:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Wisconsin
- Active BLS, ACLS certifications (or as required)
- Prior inpatient, hospitalist, or acute care experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
