Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced and personable Nurse Practitioner to serve as the clinical leader during scheduled clinic hours at its Memorial-area Houston location.
This position combines direct patient care, clinic leadership, patient education, treatment-plan development, and collaboration with the clinic’s Medical Assistants, reception staff, supervising physician, and ownership team.

The successful candidate must also be comfortable building relationships with patients, supporting continuity of care, and contributing to the clinic’s patient-retention and growth goals.
Direct experience in testosterone replacement therapy or erectile dysfunction treatment is highly desirable but not required. Specialized protocols and treatments can be taught to an experienced Nurse Practitioner with the right clinical foundation, personality, leadership presence, and willingness to learn.

- The ability to establish trust with patients who may initially be hesitant or skeptical about treatment
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to operate with appropriate independence
- Leadership presence and the ability to oversee the clinical environment during scheduled shifts
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach to patient care and clinic operations

About Our Client
Founded in Southern California, our client is a growing network of men’s health clinics with corporate and franchise locations nationwide.

The clinic was created to give men a comfortable, efficient, and high-quality healthcare experience. Rather than a traditional medical-office atmosphere, the clinic offers a welcoming “man cave” environment featuring leather chairs, flat-screen televisions, hardwood floors, and sports memorabilia.
The clinic also operates an in-house laboratory and performs patient testing on-site. Testosterone results can generally be available within approximately 15 minutes, allowing patients to receive timely information and efficient care.
