Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Cardiology


Locations: Fulshear, Katy, Richmond, Rosenberg, TX (must be willing to rotate between sites)
Employment Type: Full-Time


About the Role


We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing cardiology and outpatient care network serving the West Houston area, including Fulshear, Katy, Richmond, and Rosenberg. This role is ideal for a provider who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and values continuity of care, collaboration, and clinical excellence.


The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple clinic sites and contributing to a high-volume, team-based cardiology practice with opportunities to grow in procedural and chronic disease management.


Responsibilities


  •  Provide comprehensive outpatient cardiovascular and primary care services 
  •  Perform patient assessments, histories, and physical examinations 
  •  Manage chronic conditions including HTN, AFIB, CAD, CHF, and metabolic disorders 
  •  Interpret diagnostic testing (EKGs, labs, monitors, imaging as applicable) 
  •  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans 
  •  Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff across multiple locations 
  •  Participate in quality initiatives and adherence to clinical protocols 
  •  Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system 
Requirements


  •  Active and unrestricted Texas Nurse Practitioner license 
  •  Board certification (AANP or ANCC) 
  •  Strong clinical background in cardiology, internal medicine, or urgent care preferred 
  •  Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location practice setting 
  •  Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills 
  •  Experience with EHR systems (eClinicalWorks preferred) 
Preferred Qualifications


  •  Prior cardiology or electrophysiology exposure 
  •  Experience managing high patient volume clinics 
  •  Comfort with independent clinical decision-making 
  •  Interest in procedural or specialty care growth opportunities
