Summary/Primary Role:
Premier Medical Group is expanding and seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our busy, multi-specialty medical practice, located in the Hudson Valley. Premier is an independent practice, looking to enhance patient access with motivated and experienced clinicians. The ideal candidate will have a foundation of clinical experience, enthusiasm, and a patient-centered approach.
This position includes the direct care of patients in coordination with our physicians and clinical support staff, comprehensive health assessment, management of complex disease states, ordering and review of laboratory and diagnostic tests, executing treatment plans, prescribing, authorizing, and monitoring medication regimens, and participating in hospital rounds. The Nurse Practitioner will also consult with other departments, as appropriate, to provide an interdisciplinary approach to the patient's needs.

This position does not have supervisory responsibility.
Expected Hours of Work:
An Employee must work a minimum of thirty (30) hours each week to maintain full-time status for benefits purposes, however the expectations of the position will require an average of forty (40) hours with overtime required as scheduled. Non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws, while exempt employees may be required to work additional hours as necessary to fulfill their job responsibilities. Overtime requirements will be determined based on the operational needs of the organization.
The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining an employee's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, and internal equity). Premier Medical Group also offers a comprehensive set of benefits to compliment the base salary. The base annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$150,000.00.
Travel Requirements:
Travel between Premier Medical Group office locations may be required.

This is an outpatient setting. The environment is fast-paced and patient-focused, requiring the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain professionalism under pressure.
