    Position Summary

    We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and enjoys working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

    This position offers an opportunity to practice in a supportive environment while delivering comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages (or specify patient population).

    Responsibilities

    • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations.
    • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
    • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
    • Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and practice guidelines.
    • Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling to patients and families.
    • Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the electronic health record (EHR).
    • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
    • Maintain current knowledge of evidence-based clinical practices.

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of California.
    • DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
    • National board certification appropriate to specialty.
    • Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred, if applicable).
    • Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

    Preferred

    • 1–2 years of clinical experience (new graduates may be considered).
    • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR).
    • Bilingual skills (if applicable).
