Job Description Summary

Join a patient-centered, value-based care organization where the focus is on quality outcomes, preventive care, and meaningful provider-patient relationships rather than visit volume. This unique role blends 50% clinical care and 50% operational leadership, giving an experienced Nurse Practitioner the opportunity to care for adult and geriatric patients while driving provider development, quality initiatives, and clinic operations across multiple Los Angeles-area locations (Downtown LA, Lawndale, Montebello, West LA, & Whittier). You'll serve as both a practicing clinician and a trusted leader, partnering closely with operational and clinical teams to support exceptional patient outcomes, provider engagement, and practice performance.

What You Need: Current California Nurse Practitioner license, national certification, and prior clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner. Leadership, provider mentoring, or supervisory experience is highly preferred.

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
