About the Opportunity:

Hawai'i Pacific Health is seeking a motivated and driven Nurse Practitioner to join our high-risk Maternal Fetal Medicine team in the Fetal Diagnostic Center on the island of O'ahu

What You'll Do:

  • Provide comprehensive obstetric care, including prenatal/postpartum care.

  • Working close with department's Maternal Fetal Medine Physicians to manage patients with Chronic Hypertension, thyroid disease, diabetes, and other maternal complications.

  • Coordinating care for our complex and multidisciplinary patients, including neighbor island patients.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, interdisciplinary collaboration, and team‑based care models to enhance patient outcomes and the overall patient experience

Qualifications:

  • Current Hawai'i Registered Nurse License

  • Current Hawai'i Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license

  • Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR card

  • Minimum of Two (2) years nursing experience in OB care.

  • At least two (2) years' experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Women's Health preferred.

About Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children

Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children is Hawai'i's only maternity, newborn and pediatric specialty hospital. It is well recognized as Hawaii's leader in the care of women, infants and children. With 253 beds, the not-for-profit medical center delivers an average of 6,000 babies per year and is also a medical teaching and research facility.
