  • Document assessments, examinations, and patient progress using dictation and EMR systems.
  • Assess physiological, behavioral, and psychosocial health status.
  • Create and update treatment plans based on patient progress.

  • Participate in patient care planning, psychiatric evaluation scheduling, and discharge planning.
  • Identify patient issues related to health, psychiatric status, and diagnostic findings.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of CPI techniques and ensure patient safety (fall prevention, skin integrity, etc.).
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire clinical staff to uphold the organization's mission and deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications

  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse Practitioner required.
  • Certification as an NP (FNP-BC, FNP-C, AGNP, AGPCNP-BC, etc.) required.
  • Active DEA (and CDS where required).
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing preferred.
  • CPR/BLS certification (or completion during orientation).
  • 5-7 years of nursing experience, with 5 years in substance abuse treatment strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of detox protocols, addiction disorders, DSM criteria, ASAM levels of care, and co-occurring conditions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to perform CLIA-waived testing and safely prescribe/monitor medications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills.

What We're Looking For

  • A compassionate, skilled clinician who communicates clearly and collaborates effectively.
  • A leader who inspires, motivates, and develops high-performing teams.
