What Youll Do
- Provide specialized neonatal care in a Level 2 NICU setting
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor neonatal patients closely, responding promptly to changes
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards
- Ensure family-centered care and support to parents and guardians
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina
- Neonatal or NICU experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- Previous employment in a Level 2 NICU
- Certification in neonatal care
