Nurse Practitioner, Neonatology

We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Neonatology to join our team at the Cathedral District hospital in Michigan. As a valuable member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our youngest patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for neonatal patients
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor and manage the overall care of neonatal patients
• Educate and support families on neonatal care and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Michigan (or willing to obtain)
• Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC)
• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Prior experience in neonatal care preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
