• Schedule: 6am-6pm in the facility, 6pm-6am on-call, 24 hours/day
• Duration: Ongoing, 10-14 days/month

• License/Certifications: NRP certified; board certification or eligibility in Neonatology preferred
• Experience: Neonatal intensive care experience preferred

What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU environment
• Manage respiratory distress, pulmonary hypertension, sepsis, and other neonatal cases
• Perform procedures such as intubation, chest tube placement, central line placement, spinal taps, and exchange transfusions
• Support and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including pediatric subspecialists
• Stabilize infants for transport and follow best practices in neonatal care
• Utilize diagnostic tools including MRI, CT, EEG with available full equipment
• Document patient care using electronic health records (Cerner)

What You Need

• Valid license/certification to practice as a Nurse Practitioner
• 1+ years of Neonatal ICU experience preferred
• NRP certification
• Proficiency in neonatal procedures such as intubation, ventilator management, and line placements
• Strong teamwork, clinical skills, and adaptability
