What You’ll Do
  • Provide specialized neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
  • Manage ventilator therapy, including oscillators and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)
  • Perform advanced procedures: intubation, chest tube placement, central line insertion, paracentesis, spinal taps, exchange transfusions, thermal cooling
  • Support stabilization and transport for surgical and medical cases
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, respiratory therapists, and consulting specialists
  • Document and communicate patient progress using Cerner EHR system
  • Ensure compliance with all NICU protocols and safety regulations
What You Need
  • Valid MI RN license and eligibility to practice as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Certification in Neonatology preferred; if not, Board Eligible applicants are welcome
  • Current NRP certification
  • At least 2 years of NICU or Level III Neonatal ICU experience
  • Strong procedural skills in neonatal intensive care procedures
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts with on-call rotation
