- Shift: 6AM-6PM (facility hours), 6PM-6AM (on-call)

- License/Certs: MI State Licensure, Board Certified/Board Eligible in Neonatology, NRP certification, experience with NICU procedures
- Experience: Preferred 2+ years in Neonatology or NICU settings

What You’ll Do- Provide specialized neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
- Manage ventilator therapy, including oscillators and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)
- Perform advanced procedures: intubation, chest tube placement, central line insertion, paracentesis, spinal taps, exchange transfusions, thermal cooling
- Support stabilization and transport for surgical and medical cases
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, respiratory therapists, and consulting specialists
- Document and communicate patient progress using Cerner EHR system
- Ensure compliance with all NICU protocols and safety regulations
What You Need- Valid MI RN license and eligibility to practice as a Nurse Practitioner
- Certification in Neonatology preferred; if not, Board Eligible applicants are welcome
- Current NRP certification
- At least 2 years of NICU or Level III Neonatal ICU experience
- Strong procedural skills in neonatal intensive care procedures
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts with on-call rotation
