• Shift: MON-FRI 5PM-8AM onsite & full weekend coverage 7AM-7PM, 7PM-7AM onsite
• Hours/Week: Full-time
• Employment Type: Contract/Per Diem (based on assignment)
• License/Certs: valid Nurse Practitioner license, Neonatal or Critical Care certification preferred
• Experience: Prior NICU or critical care experience preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert neonatal and critical care to NICU patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor and report patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed
• Assist in emergency and high-acuity situations with confidence
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital protocols
• Support family education and communication regarding care plans

What You Need:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
• Neonatal or Critical Care certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU or critical care experience
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
