Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide advanced neonatal critical care in a busy NICU environment
  • Monitor and manage critically ill neonates and infants
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Provide family support and educate families on neonatal care
  • Document patient care activities accurately and timely
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings

What You Need:
  • Active Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner license
  • Neonatal or critical care certification preferred
  • Minimum of 2+ years NICU or acute care experience
  • Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and patient-care skills
