What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality neonatal care in a NICU setting
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and manage neonatal patients
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient progress and adjust care accordingly
Document patient care activities in compliance with hospital policies
Support and educate families of NICU patients
What You Need Required:
Current Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
Previous NICU or neonatal care experience
Strong clinical assessment skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
Preferred:
Neonatology specialization or relevant certification
Experience working in high-acuity neonatal environments
