Experience: Prior Neurosurgery NP or PA experience preferred, first assist experience a bonus but not required

What Youll Do
Perform inpatient rounding within the Neurosurgery unit
Assist with pre- and post-operative patient care
Provide clinical support during procedures and rounds
Respond to occasional weekend beeper call (Saturday and Sunday, 12 hours)
Collaborate with neurosurgical team to coordinate patient treatment plans
Maintain comprehensive documentation in electronic medical records
Support the multidisciplinary team in managing complex neurosurgical cases
What You Need
Active WA or IMLC license
DEA license
BC certification in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Prior experience in neurosurgery preferred
Ability to handle inpatient care with confidence
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
