Our client, a well-respected, industry-leading skilled nursing facility located in Queens, NY, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their team on the 11:00am-11:00pm shift.

Position Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of experience in a sub-acute or long-term care facility
• Active license as an Nurse Practitioner in New York State, with prescriptive privileges
• NYS Board Certified is required
• Proficient in SigmaCare or another EMR (Electronic Medical Record) software
• Prior experience with the geriatric population is a plus
