Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is recruiting a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a growing healthcare organization focused on Addiction and Behavioral Health services in Brooklyn, NY.

Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations, assessments, and differential diagnoses
- Develop and implement treatment and care plans collaboratively with physicians and behavioral health teams
- Provide medication management and treatment recommendations
- Conduct waived testing including urine, blood work, and glucose monitoring
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
- Educate patients on treatment plans, health promotion, and recovery support
- Participate in interdisciplinary care coordination
- Lead educational groups and patient seminars
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license
- Current NYS Registered Nurse license in good standing
- DEA license required
- Master's Degree required
- Minimum 5 years of related clinical experience
- ANCC certification preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in Substance Use, Addiction Medicine, Behavioral Health, or Community Health preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English or Russian/English highly preferred
