We are a premier, well-established Primary Care medical office in Norcross, Georgia, that has been proudly serving the adults of our community for over 30 years.
Our adult-focused practice is dedicated to delivering high-quality, comprehensive care. To best serve our diverse population, we accept all major insurances, always welcome new patients, maintain an on-site lab, and partner with a convenient nearby imaging facility. We strive to create an environment of acceptance and belonging by offering multilingual care, Saturday hours, and telemedicine visits.
Job Summary:
- Position Title: Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant).
- Specialty: Adult Primary Care.
- Location: Norcross, GA.
- Employment Type: Full-Time (Includes Saturday shifts).
- Compensation:$55.00–$65.00/hour (plus annual performance-based review bonus).
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Patient Care: Provide high-quality medical care to adult patients, including routine physicals, wellness exams, and acute injury management.
- Chronic & Acute Management: Safely diagnose and treat chronic conditions alongside managing daily sick visits.
- Multilingual Care: Utilize language skills to communicate effectively with a diverse patient base, ensuring an inclusive environment.
- Clinic Operations: Utilize on-site laboratory services and coordinate closely with our partner imaging facility for seamless patient diagnostics.
Skills, Experience & Requirements:
- Language Skills:Spanish proficiency is strictly required to meet the needs of our patient population.
- Credentials:Board Certification is required.
- Licensing: Active APP license in the state of Georgia is highly preferred.
- Commitment: Must be available to work Saturday shifts to support patient convenience.

- Paid Time Off: 2 weeks of paid vacation (taken 1 week at a time as 40 hours paid) plus 1 week of sick leave (taken 1–2 days at a time as needed).
