Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• 32 Hours Per Week

What You’ll Do

• Provide primary and urgent care services to adult patients

• Perform assessments, evaluations, and physical exams

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions

• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic testing

• Prescribe medications and treatment plans

• Respond to urgent medical situations

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and behavioral health teams

• Maintain accurate EMR documentation

Qualifications

Active Wisconsin NP License
Current BLS Certification
Minimum 1 year of NP experience
