Position: Nurse Practitioner, NP - Family Medicine

Shift: Part Time, 20 hours/ week on Day Shift. No weekends or Holidays.

Experience:

1. 2 years Nurse Practitioner experience required in Family Medicine or Primary Care

2. Minimum of 2 years Nursing experience in Family Medicine preferred.

3. New to practice Providers cannot be considered at this time.

Education:

1. Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program required.

2. MSN Required.

Licensures/Certifications:

1. Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.

2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.

3. May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support).

4. Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.
