Nurse practitioner provides services through the performance of patient evaluation, assessment and treatment in the medical office or home setting as allowed by state licensure laws and under the supervsion of the administrator with input from the medical director.

- GEORGIA REGISTERED NURSE LICENSE OR MULTISTATE NURSING LICENSE
- GEORGIA NURSE PRACTITIONER LICENSE
- HEALTHCARE PROVIDER (CPR)
Qualifications
- Graduate of recognized program for Nurse Practitioner training (MSN).
- Able to communicate effectively with medical and hospice staff and various populations within Tanner Health System and in the community.
