We’re hiring an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) who wants a predictable weekday schedule, strong earning potential, and the stability of an established physician-led primary care organization.

You’ll step into an outpatient role focused exclusively on adult primary care. You’ll manage acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, wellness visits, medications, diagnostics, and referrals with support from a multidisciplinary clinical team.

• You are a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or licensed Physician Assistant
• You have at least 2 years of adult medicine experience

• You’re comfortable seeing approximately 18–22 patients per day
• You value teamwork, quality outcomes, and patient-centered medicine
• Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $130,000–$160,000
• Quarterly bonus opportunity up to 25%
