We’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner who wants 100% outpatient primary care, no call, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with senior patients.

You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management, and preventive care for older adults. You’ll work alongside a collaborative care team focused on both the medical and social factors that influence long-term health.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $125,000–$140,000
