Collective Wellness is an elevated wellness and aesthetics practice opening in Little Rock, Arkansas, focused on personalized wellness, regenerative medicine, aesthetics, hormone optimization, and longevity-focused care.

Who We Are Looking For:


The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will play an integral role in helping develop and grow the wellness side of Collective Wellness. This provider will be responsible for delivering personalized wellness care while educating and guiding patients through medical weight loss, hormone optimization, regenerative therapies, peptide therapies, and overall wellness management.


The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness medicine, values relationship-based care, and is excited about helping build something meaningful from the ground up. We are looking for someone who is clinically confident, growth-minded, compassionate, and aligned with a collaborative team culture.


Role and Responsibilities:


(1) Conduct wellness consultations and ongoing patient follow-up care


(2) Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans related to hormone optimization, TRT, wellness medicine, metabolic health, peptide therapies, and regenerative therapies


(3) Manage and monitor medical weight loss programs, including GLP-1 therapies


(4) Review labs, patient history, symptoms, and clinical progress to create individualized wellness plans


(5) Educate patients regarding treatment expectations, lifestyle modifications, and long-term wellness goals


(6) Maintain accurate and compliant patient documentation and medical records


(7) Collaborate closely with the Collective Wellness team to ensure an elevated patient experience


(8) Maintain professionalism, patient confidentiality, and compliance within scope of practice and state guidelines


(9) Participate in the continued growth and development of the wellness division of the practice


Requirements:


(1) Active APRN license in the State of Arkansas


(2) DEA license or ability to obtain upon hire


(3) BLS certification


(4) Experience or strong clinical knowledge in wellness medicine, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptides, regenerative medicine, or metabolic wellness preferred


(5) Strong communication and patient relationship skills


(6) Ability to work independently while thriving within a collaborative team environment


(7) Passion for continued education, patient care, and evidence-based wellness medicine


(8) Experience within wellness, aesthetics, integrative medicine, or hormone optimization is preferred but not required
