About the Role:
Provide high-quality spine and joint care in an outpatient setting
Assist physicians in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Deliver patient education and support throughout the care process
Serve as key clinical support within the office, including independent responsibilities when needed
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure efficient workflow
Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and team members in English and Spanish
Background:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant program
BLS/CPR certification preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and support a high-volume specialty practice
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment
