What You’ll Do
You’ll provide comprehensive primary care for adult patients, including:

• Preventive care, annual physicals, and wellness visits
• Evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
• Medication management and individualized care plans
• Ordering and interpreting labs and diagnostic testing
• Patient education and disease management
• Coordinating referrals and specialty care
• Accurate EMR documentation
• Collaboration with physicians and other members of the care team

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed NP or PA in good standing
• Primary care experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills
• A patient-first approach to care
• Someone who enjoys practicing medicine while building lasting relationships with their patients
