Job Title: Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care / Occupational Health

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative onsite health clinic. This provider will support patients ages 2 and older and should bring strong clinical experience across primary care, acute care, and occupational health. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values relationship-based care, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Clinic Schedule

• Monday–Tuesday: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM

• Wednesday–Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Lunch: 30 minutes

• Administrative Time: 30 minutes at the end of each day

What you will be doing:
Patient Care & Scheduling

• Patient population includes ages 2 and older

• Epic EHR

• Standard office visits are scheduled for 30 minutes

• Annual physicals are scheduled for 45 minutes

• Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, education, and follow-up care based on patient needs

• Manage both routine and acute healthcare concerns within the provider's scope of practice

• Collaborate with other onsite healthcare professionals to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes

What you must have:

• Nurse Practitioner licensure and appropriate board certification

• Clinical knowledge and experience in primary care, acute care, and occupational health

• Experience caring for a broad patient population, including patients age 2 and older

• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and clinical decision-making skills

• Ability to independently manage a variety of healthcare needs while collaborating effectively with the broader clinical team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with Epic preferred

• A commitment to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care
