Provides specialized wound care to patients in SNF, LTC and home care settings

Providers are supported with comprehensive wound care training
Uses advanced wound care modalities, including UltraMIST, along with other evidence-based treatment options
About the Position:
Provide mobile wound care to patients throughout Coos County
Treat chronic and complex wounds in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Long-term Care and some home care
