PeaceHealth is seeking a **0.75 FTE Nurse Practitioner** to join our compassionate and experienced **Nursing Home Services** team in beautiful **Bellingham, Washington** .

**Position Highlights**
+ **0.75 FTE** -Nursing Home Services
+ Provide care for long-term care residents and subacute rehabilitation patients **(average 8-10 patients/day)**
+ Highly collaborative interprofessional team including 6 Physicians, 3 APCs, Social Worker, and medical support staff-strong emphasis on communication, coordinated care, and shared decision-making
+ **Minimal call** approximately **1:8** , phone-call only, after hours until clinic opens again
+ Monday-Friday, **8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.** schedule
**Compensation & Benefits**
+ **Salary range: $102,741.60 - 128,637.60** (based on years of experience and 0.75 FTE)

**Requirements**
+ Graduate of an accredited NP program; **Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with two years of experience preferred**
+ Experience in multidisciplinary teams, hospice, and Skilled Nursing Facility care
+ Comfort with management of acute geriatric issues (e.g., pneumonia, cellulitis, renal failure, CHF) and end-of-life care
