What You’ll Do

• Conduct DOT certification exams and pre-employment physicals
• Perform health assessments and screenings in occupational medicine settings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of exams and patient interactions
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations
• Provide guidance on medical standards for drivers and employees
• Support ongoing occupational health initiatives and safety protocols

What You Need
Required:

• Valid DOT certification with ability to perform DOT exams and digital upload
• Active license (NP or PA) in Wisconsin or ability to obtain
• Prior experience with FMCSA/DOT exams preferred
• Strong clinical skills in occupational health

Preferred:

• Experience in occupational or urgent care settings
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
