What Youll Do
Conduct DOT certification exams and pre-employment physicals
Perform health assessments and screenings in occupational medicine settings
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of exams and patient interactions
Collaborate with facility staff to ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations
Provide guidance on medical standards for drivers and employees
Support ongoing occupational health initiatives and safety protocols
What You Need
Required:
Valid DOT certification with ability to perform DOT exams and digital upload
Active license (NP or PA) in Wisconsin or ability to obtain
Prior experience with FMCSA/DOT exams preferred
Strong clinical skills in occupational health
Preferred:
Experience in occupational or urgent care settings
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
