Join Our Team:

Esse Health is currently seeking a compassionate full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for our office of Dr.s Knapp & Miranda!

Opportunity:

• Full-time opening
• 4 days a week, 10 hour shifts. Day off will likely be on Tuesday or Thursday
• 2 days at St. Peters office location (4800 Mexico Road) & 2 days at Florissant office location (2187 Charbonier Road)
• No nights, weekends, or holidays
• Outpatient focused clinical practice

Day-to-Day:

• Join a collaborative team and develop a 1:1 relationship with patients and clinical staff members
• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
• Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physician partner
• Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and patient education
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (NextGen)
• Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team
• Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree of Science in Nursing or Physician Assistant-Master's Degree
• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in Missouri (or eligibility)
• Certified Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Practitioner (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians

• Competitive compensation: The starting salary for entry level will likely be in the $95,000 - $112,000 range (factors may include candidate experience and specific role within the office). Up to $125,000/year may be considered for candidates with an average of 8 -10 years of NP/PA experience.
