A rewarding opportunity is now available for a Nurse Practitioner or a Phycisain Assistant who enjoys working with the geriatric population.

A fast-growing long-term care organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its team at a nursing home in Brooklyn, NY.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-scope primary care to residents
  • Conduct new admissions and follow-up visits
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

  • Active NP or PA license in the state of NY
  • DEA license
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical provider role
  • Nursing home experience strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Highly competitive salary: $140,000–$150,000 annually
