Summary:
MyMichigan Health has an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the growing Electrophysiology Team in Midland!
- Mix EP lab support and clinic support flexing in either direction to support clinical needs
- Assists Electrophysiology attending with clinic visits of patients and in monitoring patient care and formulating treatment plans.
- Works closely with the physician and nursing staff in developing and coordinating a plan of care.
- Schedule - Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and weekend rotation of 1:11
Responsibilities:
- Procedures: cardioversions & loop extractions
- Inpatient rounding
- Outpatient clinic includes evaluation and management for new and follow-up patients
Certifications and Licensures:
- AHA approved BLS Certification
- AHA approved ACLS Certification
Required Education:
- Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
- Electrophysiology experience preferred
- Cardiology and related work experience is required
