A growing kidney care practice in Fall River is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join its collaborative clinical team. Experienced APP candidates are strongly preferred, though motivated clinicians with a strong interest in nephrology are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do<\/b>
<\/p>
You will split your time between outpatient clinic care and
dialysis rounding while collaborating closely with physicians and
interdisciplinary care teams. The role offers a dynamic schedule, meaningful
patient relationships, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on patients
managing complex chronic conditions.

Responsibilities include:<\/b>
<\/p>- Dialysis
rounding in outpatient dialysis centers
<\/li> - Chronic
kidney disease management in clinic settings
<\/li> - Collaborating
with physicians to co manage patient care
<\/li> - Developing
treatment plans and educating patients and families
<\/li> - Managing
ESRD related complications including hypertension, anemia, electrolyte
imbalances, and vascular access concerns
<\/li> - Ordering
and interpreting labs and diagnostic studies
<\/li> - Coordinating
care across multiple healthcare settings

Requirements<\/h3>- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
<\/li> - Active or eligible Massachusetts licensure
<\/li> - Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills
<\/li> - Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary care team
<\/li> - Experience in nephrology, dialysis, acute care, or internal medicine is highly valued
<\/li> - Rhode Island licensure is a plus
